  : The location of the apartment is in a good place. Walking distance to Mogren beach. Every part of the apartment was clean. The host who greeted us was friendly. The kitchen has everything you need.
  : 1-Balcony is a must in a summer place. I overlooked this when buying the flat. The lack of a balcony in the apartment does not make you feel like you are in a summer place.2-There is no space to dry your belongings in the apartment. There is a drying line in the garden, but the drying area is not large enough.3-Since the church is close to the apartment, the church bell rings every hour and it can disrupt your sleep. But over time you get used to it.4-Sounds from the bar may disturb you.5-There is no place to hang the towel in the bathroom.6-The garden is smaller than it looks in the photos.

  : Very beautiful apartment in a cute garden. The apartment was very clean. The location is very good just in the heart of the Old Town, walking distance from Mogren Beach. Kitchen has all the supplies you need with a dishwasher and in the bathroom there is a washing machine which was very nice. We didn't have any problems with our stay we even checked out late in the morning and left our bags in the garden thanks to kind staff.
  : Only thing I can suggest is that you can provide shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms as it will be suitable with the quality of the apartment.

  : Excellent location within the walls of the old town. Apartment Oleander has lovely sea views.The property is very clean and the fixtures are modern and new.Lovely garden for guests to use.The staff are exceptionally accommodating.
  : The apartment has only one aircon in the living area and none in the bedroom. It was very hot and humid when we stayed and it would of been more comfortable to have aircon in the bedroom as well.The wifi reception was unreliable.The apartment is on the small side to accommodate 3 adults, perfectly fine for 2 adults.

  : The apartment is modern and really comfy. It's right in the center of the Old Town, and there's a peaceful and charming garden inside the building.
  : We were rather disappointed when we realized that the apartment was lacking some essential items like laundry detergent, cooking oil, shampoo, and shower gel. When we asked our host for a bit of laundry detergent for one wash, he refused, making us feel very unwelcome. t's a rather frustrating situation to find yourself in. You have access to a washing machine, but there's no laundry detergent provided. This means you're forced to purchase an entire new container from the store for just one wash. Similarly, if you plan to do some cooking and need some oil, you're left with no choice but to buy an entire bottle. It's an inconvenient scenario, particularly when staying for only a short period.
