: 1. Close to the sea 2. Close to shops 3. Regular price 4. The air conditioner works well
: I can tell 2 reasons why I left a low rating for this place: 1. On the last evening before departure, my friends and I drank beer on the terrace (this is regular vacation by the sea). Behave quietly. There was a swimming pool next to my room, we decided to go for a swim. After about 30 minutes, the owner came to us and said that we were making a lot of noise. I apologized and within a couple of minutes we were done. I went to sleep. At about 9 am, the hostess started knocking loudly on my room door. Screaming that I spoiled the water in the pool. She pushed me and was very rude. I apologized and asked what happened. She shouted something about the police and made me pay a fine of 50 euros for the water in the pool. I have a correspondence with the owner, I warned that I want to check out at 10:00, and she replied "ok" I don't know what exactly I did wrong. But in 10 years of travel, this is the first time I've come across such an attitude. 2. A few days before check-in, I wrote to the owner of the apartment about the time of arrival. The owner replied what I need to pick up the keys from a neighbor. Then the owner said that i need to go and register with the Tourist Service in Bar. I had to spend several hours to find this place. It was long and not pleasant. I wanted to write a review on the first day. But I took a break for a week to understand how my review is objective.

: Great location. The property is right between Bar (banks, shops, etc.) and Susanj (great beach) and very close to the sea. Small kitchen with a powerful electric stove and good kitchenware. They allowed to arrive earlier, I appreciate this.
: Awful internet connection. I had to use mobile internet at home. The place is not suitable for work (no writing desk). However, there is a good coworking located nearby. The view from the balcony is quite boring. No bedside lamp for reading. House rules forbid loud parties and unexpected visitors (this is OK). But this means you have nothing to do in this place except for sleeping, cooking and eating: no reading, no internet, no admiring the sea views.
