  : Good location and Vera was very friendly and helpful
  : When we arrived at the accommodation there was a building site 10m away. Whilst this is outside the control of the property we were not informed at any point before our stay there would be construction work so close to the property. Work started at 7am every morning and woke us up. There was black mould in a few areas around the windows. When the toilet was flushed it splashed over the bathroom floor, even when the lid was down. When I mentioned this to the host she stated she new there was an issue and simply offered some extra towels for the floor. Lastly the main door to the block had a keypad and smart card entry. On 2 occasions this failed to work and it took us over 20 minutes to get into the property.

  : The smile and breakfast from hostess Vera in the morning! Good central stay in Zabljak close (walking distance) to restaurants and supermarkets
  : Pillows a little bit to soft for me, room wasn't fully ready when we arrived, which can happen of course.

  : Mostly we liked the person Vera who is responsible for everything. She has prepared us home made breikfast, she was very nice and helpful. She was very responsible and was full of wonderful hospitality and gived us the feeling of home.

  : Fantastic breakfast by Vera, she was a very welcoming host and made delicious breakfast, let us know of the highlights in the area and started the day with a smile.
  : Check-in process could have been clearer, but were able to contact Vera eventually.

  : Location is good and there are several restaurants and grosery shops on walking distance. Room 01 was really big size and had modern decoration. It was on ground level, but it had only hotel guests passing the windows. For night time you had the metal eindow shutters to close. Breakfast consisted of bread, ham, jam, rruits and egs.
  : Check in was a bit messy. Room was not ready when we arrived at 13:00, and we needed to wit two hours for the host to arrive and finish cleaning. Some towels were first lacking apparently due to the washing machine of beeing broken.
