  : The worst stay in a hotel I have ever experienced. Incompetent staff and management. Avoid this place like the plague.My girlfriend is allergic to gluten, and we asked the hotel prior to our arrival whether there are any gluten free options for breakfast and they said they have a special gluten free breakfast offer.When we came for breakfast we confirmed multiple times with the staff that everything served for the gluten free breakfast is in fact without gluten. Long story short - after breakfast we ended up calling the ambulance, and my girlfriend had to spend hours in hospital under heavy medication because the gluten free breakfast was full of gluten (I confirmed this after when I asked to see the packaging of some of the products included in breakfast - it clearly stated it contains wheat/gluten).Fine. Incompetent and untrained staff. I get it. Mistakes happen. Even though this is borderline a crime to be honest and we are still exploring legal actions against the hotel.What is most fascinating about this - the management. They have been unresponsive to my messages and have not issued any compensation for their mistake. The level of professionalism in this place is 0. As you can see from other reviews here - I wish I had checked them before making the booking, the management of the hotel does not care if something is wrong with the guests' stay, which is a clear red flag.Liepaja is a great city, especially, it is amazing to visit in summer. And there are some nice hotels in the city, this one just is not one of them.

  : Perfect location, old building (and renovated with expensive materials, only designer was not invited here)
  : - Even proposed- no TV, no internet. It was promised to check availability, but was done nothing / without any explanations during stay - a la carte breakfast (with 2 choices). We were asked to fill form (meal choices) in previous evening+ precise time of breakfast. 1st meal appeared 1h7min later as arranged (even extra coffee was not offered). No water, no juice. Did not wait for desert (it was provided in the room. 20min before checkout)

  : Breakfast was good, but it seemed that the boss had instructed to serve the 4 servings for the whole group. But 1 serving at time. Then wait half an hour for the next serving. Alle servings stood in the kitchen and werte ready. This coused, thet the warm servings got cold and the whole session was 2 hours. So instead of beeing lukurye serving, it became irrationel. Please give the kitchen staff fre to serve more casuel.
