  : The location is good, quite near from the city center. Near an old manufacturing building. Very good and friendly customer service. Pets allowed, they take some extra fee. For me, it was 10 per night.

  : Staff were very polite and friendly. You can get to swimming pool and sauna you from the your room directly. The bedding and towels were clean. The room was extremely warm could be a bit a lower temperature.The market and shops located next to hotel. It easy to get into different directions and areas on foot.The area was very quit to have a rest. I would like to rate hotel as one or two stars because of positives notes of the staff.
  : The floor in the room wasn't clean. We accidentally broke the glass and has found another pieces of brroken glass next to bed.The toilet hasn't been cleaned daily however it's sharing for a four room.In the room weren't fridge, kettle it was on the ground room in common room for a few persons.The weren't any kitchens for cooking your own or cafe to have a meal even near by hotel. The weren't any cups and plates for use freely, needed to ask staff. In the common room wasn't any sinks to wash fruits and vegetables,and to wash hands, it was just in your room. The swimming pool and sauna cost separately, it wasn't included into hotel prices. The road was broken with a major holes on the ground. Nearly by hotel are un finished building and street lights weren't good enough to bright the way were to go.

  : We lived in the first floor with a wide window and absolutely translucent curtains into the parking lot, where guests coming to and from the spa would walk around. More privacy would have been appreciated! Some water and a kettle to make some tea in the room would have been considerate. Also, we were surprised that the staff first adressed us in Russian! The hotel is surrounded by abandonded buildings. We were scared to walk around in the evening.
