  : False advertising by owners. Not at all a Villa. Nothing Queenly about it. Tiny. Drug addicts outside the main door every night.

  : my biggest disappointment was finding a large cockroach in the bathroom. This issue overshadowed an otherwise satisfactory stay.

  : In general, the apartment was very modern and tidy and we really appreciated little conveniences like the electronic blackout curtains, the proximity to public transportation, and the free water bottle provided for us in the fridge. The hosts were responsive and helpful, accommodating our late check-in and late check-out, and even offering to potentially store our luggage for us so that we could be more mobile on our last day before our evening flight.
  : There are several things that disappointed us about our stay. For starters, the apartment was uncomfortably hot, even with the AC and fan running, which was quite bizarre given that it was cold and rainy outside. Second, the toilet in the bathroom sprays water all over the seat and floor every time you flush, regardless of whether the seat is closed. Third, the apartment is conveniently located near public transportation, but guests should know that it is also situated in one of the most crime-ridden parts of Luxembourg, and there are many people who will be out loitering on the streets and making noise at all hours through the night. Lastly, while we appreciated the hosts accommodating our late check-in, we were very frustrated by the 40 euro charge for this service. We understand that it may be inconvenient when guests arrive late, but 40 euros is exorbitant (~a 25% increase on the price we were paying per night) and it was only after we had made our nonrefundable booking that you shared this information. In the future, all fees and their exact amounts should be listed in your property description so as to allow guests for guests to make informed decisions on whether or not these terms are acceptable *prior* to making their booking - not once they're locked in and facing another charge.

  : The only thing i liked was the location
  : The WiFi was not working. All the time it kept showing connected without Internet. I restarted the router a couple of times but the issue could not be fixed. Me and my partner had to access data over our Mobile phone which incurred us extra cost. The flat which was given to us was at the 7th floor and the lift was available only till 6th floor. Since we had a baby carriage -pram- with us we had to take it the 7th floor with a lot of efforts. It was very tiring and frustrating. The kitchen had no hand gloves for using the OTG , there was no salt provided. The lift was too small to fit for 2 adults and a child carriage. Overall it was not a child friendly apartment. The lights in the passages were getting switched off in just 15 seconds and we had to search for the switch.

  : Location is very good. Spacious apartment, good bedroom, good bathroom. Amazing host! I booked on the last minute and host went there a few minutes after my booking to handle the key.
  : There is not too many information about parking in the region. They could inform better about this.
