  : This stay was like a lottery, from the very beginning: which apartment will we get? (pictures of different apartments are presented), staircase always filthy, with trash and someone's blood (very safe neighborhood!), so every time you get different pleasant surprises. The hosts are a separate topic. I was asked to arrive to their office (not the apartment) to get the keys. And there you realize, that you might not get the apartment if you`re below 35. No equal right violations and definitely no age discrimination at all. Also the host mentioned, that no smoking people are allowed in the apartment - so please make sure to quit smoking before reserving this great place! Great hosts! Especially recommended for those with small children! And 19-20 degrees in the apartment is just enough! The apartment is also anti-allergic as I was told! Mold in the bathroom and near the balcony, stains of human fluids on the sofas guarantees that! By the way, the hosts prefer cash! So no red flags there! All in all - great experience! I feel that we won the lottery! :)

  : Easy communication and easy access to the accommodation. It is very nice that there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. An iron is available.
  : The pull-out sofas require replacement due to wear and tear of the bedding. An additional chair in the kitchen would be needed. The pan in the kitchen should be replaced. Cleanliness could be improved.

  : Near Akropolis is located in a residential area with many tall concrete houses. It probably isn't the most lucrative part of Vilnius, but it is safe, there are many supermarkets and a lot of playgrounds for the children. Public transportation with buses and trolley buses can be managed by an app, and it is a very easy and an inexpensive way to get around (buy some multiple-day tickets at the airport, jump at the 3g express bus, and learn how to use the app during the twenty minutes ride to downtown Vilnius). The historic medieval city center is very big, and it will take days to experience and investigate it all.
  : We only established contact with "Near Akropolis" a few hours before arrival, and that was a bit stressful -- arriving with small children in the late evening and not knowing if you could enter the apartment! But in the end, everything worked out very well, and we got precise instructions for "self-check-in". Taking the distance to the city center and the modesty of the location into account, the rent was a bit pricey.
