  : Excellent location in the heart of the old town but also close to train station and airport. Staff were friendly and I appreciated being able to check in late at night after an evening flight and being able to come and go with 24 hour reception.
  : The corridors were a good temperature but the room itself was very warm, especially at night, and the church bells were very loud in the mornings because I had to have the windows open to be a comfortable temperature. The heated towel rail in the bathroom is a lovely feature but far too hot in that weather and couldnt be turned off.

  : Best location, right in the heart of Old Town. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Nice and authentic hotel with fair prices.
  : There is no fridge in the room. Breakfast was very modest and by the time we came (about 9 am) there were not much food left.

  : Location and staff. I wanted to put rating 2, but I understand that we had our room in the shabby 1/3 of the hotel.
  : Be aware!!! We were shocked. From the Booking, you have no idea, in which of the 3 floors you will have your room. I would say, that in the 3rd floor rating is 2 (grey carpet), in the 1st and 2nd - 8/9 (red carpet and parquet). It was so disappointing. We usually stay only in the hotels with rating 9,5+. I wanted to feel the charm of the old monastery and hoped that rating 9 would be fine. To see that carpets both in the room and in the hall are covered with many, many stains, and the towels ragged, in the hotel with rating 9, was such a shock! And then I understood... The 3rd floor is something like a special place for second class (I have no idea, how they make these segretative decisions, but I felt humiliated and could not even write my review for 2 weeks, it was painful). I was with my husband... 50 years old... in the room with stained floor, rugged towels and shouting teenagers (some camp?) in the surrounding rooms. We had double room. In the photos (Booking.com) there are 2 different types of double rooms - with parquet floor and "carpet". And the same price!! You will never know. It's not like it was the difference between double and deluxe double room. They have different double rooms:):)
