  : Location was good, the rest was bad.
  : We asked for two rooms to be as close as possible, because we had an elderly relative with us. We were allocated on the 6th and 8th floor. The room was smaller then expected, not up to the Mercure four star standard. We were surprised that bottled water in the room had to be paid for 2 each. In every other hotel we stayed on this trip including the Mercure in Potsdam bottled water was free of charge. We felt this was really mean considering the price of rooms. The air conditioning device was old and noisy. The kettle could not be filled because it was too big to go under the tap. Breakfast: it was very disappointing as major repair work was carried out in the breakfast area, this was noisy, smelly and the workmen were less than courteous. No apology from the staff or management. Coffee machine was broken and coffee made by the staff after we mentioned the damage. The cafe area was dark, unappealing. We generally didnt feel welcomed.

  : Excellent breakfast, great location, easy parking with friendly staff while checking / checking out.
  : Arrived the hotel quite late was assured there was time to order from the restaurant but the staff were quite abrupt and told to order with a few minutes and stood over us while we selected dishes.
