  : Great location, exceptionally clean and has a convenient terrace. The apartment was fully prepared for our arrival including the bedding ready for us to have rest. It's a small, but cozy and comfortable place.
  : The shower is a bit tricky to understand, but works ok if you manage to learn.The staff was demanding a photo of ID, which they of course don't have right for. They tried to prove legal ground for it by sending a quote from law in Lithuanian, which doesn't make sense. A visitor has to provide a valid ID, provide means to show and to allow checking the information, by no means that is sending a photo of an ID to someone. This is a personal information security breach and is illegal. The worst part of it, they say that they'll cancel the booking if the photo is not provided. You're in a foreign city with a family and an hour before checking in the host is threatening you to cancel your stay for not meeting their illegal demands. How do you like that?The host agreed to a photo of an ID with some information covered, but the whole personal data demand and lying as if it's legal and requested by law sucks.

  : It was a beautiful apartment with everything needed for a weeks stay.. comfortable and clean... the beds were very comfortable too... liked the balcony and it was close to the clinic where my daughter was having surgery...
  : Trying to enter the apartment was a nightmare.. my phone wouldn't connect to open the door when we arrived.. rang the other number on the door but no answer there.. eventually one of the nord clinic staff helped us.. when he got through they said my phone number was wrong which wasn't the case as it had been used for the booking.. when I eventually got in I got a call from the lady to ask me was everything ok. I said it was but when I left the apartment my phone wouldn't work again to open the apartment for a 2nd time.. more stress and I had to ring back again to say it wasn't working again. After that the phone worked for the rest of the week but my daughter's phone never did when I asked them to add that to access the apartment also..
