  : If you travel by car the location is perfect, with a parking place. The room has a really lovely design and it is clean with great comfort.

  : Location was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.
  : The aircon in the room was not working so we had to keep the windows open which meant the noise from a private function downstairs was mildly irritating. Also the bedsheets were a strange stretch material that was very hot to sleep under.

  : The bedroom and bathroom were very chic and well-appointed. Everything was new and extremely clean. There were nice touches such as chocolates on the pillows when we arrived. We appreciated having early access to our room.The breakfast was quite good and, although there were perhaps a few too many sweets, we also had a selection of cheeses and meats accompanied by excellent cappuccino.Dinner, served by a friendly, competent waiter, was very good.Although the location is in the countryside, there is good access to Trieste.
  : We understand that this is a working Agriturismo but, with the pig sty located directly behind the accommodations, the overwhelming smell detracted from our enjoyment. Most of the time we needed to keep our windows closed and use the fan provided to circulate the air in our room. The air conditioning is not yet functioning. Needless to say, we were not enticed to make use of the lounge chairs set up at the back of the building!The outdoor dining area is quite lovely but, at dinner, the constant, loud barking of some patrons dog ruined our dining experience. This large, aggressive dog literally terrorized the wait staff and menaced anyone walking close by. Unfortunately, the management did nothing about the situation.
