  : Location of the hotel was perfect, close to the ports that takes you to all the famous destinations, also you can access private beach for a morning swim in the sea.
  : There was no acoustic rating for anything! You can hear people staying next door coughing, watching TV, taking shower, people walking upstairs. Air conditioning is controlled by the hotel, you will need ring up to turn it on and off. I ordered a double bed room, but they put 2 single beds together to make up for it, there was a big gap between the 2 mattresses, very uncomfortable. Also the lots of group tourists staying at the hotel, the tour guide just organized their trip loudly in the lobby, in the restaurant, which totally killed the big view of the hotel. I tried to communicate with the staff, they should give a separate zone for the groups, so that everyone can have their own space. I dont think they would take my advice, as the groups are their main income.

  : Reception not accommodating at checkout. I asked for an itemised receipt and told she couldnt do one as I should have asked when I arrived. As a business traveler its a requirement so doubt I will book again as Im in the area frequently.

  : Room 76 could use a fresh coat of paint. Super small shower. Noise from restaurant staff dragging tables early in the morning.

  : Breakfast was OK - but day 2 it was bread from the day before and it was not easy to get the warm eggs. Toaster only worked on one side in one of the holes - little things but easy to catch up on
