  : Location. Very convenient for the beach, and a pool on site.
  : No ATM either on site or the whole area. Also Wi Fi was intermittent. But a camping holiday should be like this. Price for bungalows should include towels and sheets. Also one should be able to use the AC. It is not explained clearly on Booking.com website. However, the resort is brilliant. Staff are mainly from one family who have been in business almost three generations.Well done.Greg

  : The apartment (bungalow) is practical, beds are comfortable and the location is good and quiet. Public beach is nearby (rare thing in Viareggio!).
  : The apartment should be a bit better equipped, no hair dryer, no musli bowls. The beach is not 800 meter, but rather 1800 meter away, so the best way to reach it is by bike. Some things were broken in the apartment like the door of the refrigerator and the lighter of the stove. When I said it to the staff they seemed to know about but simply did not care.

  : Good location for the beach. Good atmosphere. there is a shuttle to the beach 8 times a day.
  : There were a lot of rules (it is forbidden to enter by car after 23:00, and every day you need a bracelet to enter the swimming pool, etc.). You have to pay money for towels, bed linens, internet and air conditioning. The Internet was very very very slow. You cannot open a webpage.

  : There is a little bar which is runned by a young couple and they are very sweet and friendly, and offer a good service. When we arrived the first evening it was already quite late (around 22:00) but we didnt have dinner yet so we asked if it was possible to have some food, also if it was something small. She was very understanding and helpful and served us a burger without any problem. Moreover, they always smiled and said hello, even when we just walked past the bar. The other personell of the campsite can definitely learn a lot of this couple!
  : It would be too much to name it all but the most negative experiences we had with the grumpy and unhelpful staff, especially the owners (the people you at least expect to be kind). It started direct at our arrival. We arrived at the office around 21:15 where a person on a grumpy tone said 'passport please'. We had a copy with us, as the Dutch passport is a document of the state and we are not allowed to give it to someone else. They really were not understanding, but in the end told us they would make a copy themselves, with which we agreed in the end as we didn't have other choice. So we were waiting, but then they told us we had to come back as they couldnt do it directly (never understood why as it is 5min work). So we told we wanted to have our passport back at least before midnight. Annoyingly she told us we had to grap it right before closing time (22:00). After being guided to our chalet by a girl that was biking about 30meters in front of us and left before we even could ask anything else (which thus didnt have any purpose), we directly had to return to the office again as it was 21:45 at that time. Arriving there we assumed the owner would recognize us, but gave us a look like "what the hell are you doing here", so we told we came to pick up the passports. She annoyingly and without saying anything went to the other part of the office with the copy machine. Only then she started to make the copies, which was strange as she explicitly asked us to come back later so she had time to make it. Anyway most unfriendly was that she screamed from that place "it is always a problem with you Dutch people eh". Me and my friend looked at eachother in disbelief. However, we still tried to explain why Dutch people can't leave the document there. Unfortunately she didn't even let us speak and again said that Dutch people always create difficulties. We took our passport and just left very quickly.
