  : Nightmare remote check in did not work because internet was down. Left standing in the street in 33 degree sun while owner was less than helpful on the phone. He did turn up later after he had managed to unlock the gate remotely. I demanded an old fashioned key for the street gate as I did not want to be locked out again

  : No breakfast. Good location
  : Manager was rude and inpatient. I lost the code to enter property So I phone him to get it and he became upset and rude with me. My phone was not working and I had to use my sisters to communicate with him. After a while WE manage to get the code back without his assistance. Very upsetting experience after hard travel.

  : The place is advertised as a B&B but there was NO BREAKFAST. There was no personal attendance at the place AT ALL. Access to the room was difficult. To get access to the Codes to open gates and doors it I had to have WIFI on my phone which I did not have. I had to telephonethe owner 3 times using my Australian phone ($5 cost ) To get the information he could have emailed. The place is full of the owners junk as decorations which is annoying. The room had no facility to open a suitcase and we had 2 suitcases. One of us used a table from Outside and one had to open the case on the floor. It became very cramped. Rugs on the floors are too loose so are accident traps - so easy to trip on even in the kitchen. The kitchen drawers are stuffed with the owners tools and bits and pieces. No proper dishwashing facilities. The tea towel was soiled. On the phone he wants to speak English but is hard to understand. I challenged his advertising as not factual (not a B&B) but he just said I was expecting too much and it is not a hotel.
  : Advertising of the place needs to be truthful. Clean up the decor and replace rugs with proper ones It all looks tawdry cluttered and old. Improve facilities by realizing people need room to put suitcases
