  : Very good value for money comparing to other locations in Verona. For what we paid (<100euro/night) we received a clean room, safe building, quite, good isolation and air conditioning! This was a plus that we appreciated in Italy, during a very hot month of August. The room is situates in a building that looks quite good and safe, with elevator and card access. Aprox 8 minutes to Verona train station and around 20 min to Giuliettas House. Is jot really in the old city center, but the price is corelated to the location. We received a light italian breakfast (espresso, croissant and toast). Easy check in, even a bit early than scheduled. No stores nearby, but there is a vending machine downstairs from where you can buy water or snaks.
  : Room is not very big and the bathroom could have been more tidy, but for 2 nights we managed. Also, they didnt offered many amenities in the bathroom.

  : It was easy to get in touch with the host. Super available on WhatsApp and caring! Was asking about when I wanted my breakfast and if I wanted it in the room or the dining room!
  : The room it was dirty. I didnt even feel comfortable taking a shower! It also seemed to be kinda old and for anyone who cares about cleanness: better dont come here!

  : Too distant from centre, very cold, just one blanket - nothing else in the room, and the heating wasnt controllable - no remote control unit. So poor night feeling v cold.
