  : Great location, well equipped, simple & elegant decor.
  : The information provided at the property is minimal, for example, no WiFi password, no idea where the nearest shops / supermarket etc was located. The office / team who manage the property don’t respond in a timely manner or at all.They wanted to communicate with me via message & WhatsApp, but when I asked about the WiFi they never responded. However they kept messaging me for information whilst I clearly said I was on a walking tour. So it’s ok for them to ignore me but not ok for me to respond after I finish a paid tour of their city...? 2 days later someone came to collect payment & logged my phone into the WiFi, no problem, very frustrating. The top of the towel rail in the bathroom was dirty, hung washing here & had to re-wash. Don’t get any romantic ideas of drinking wine on the balcony, it was plagued with flies & mosquitoes because the vines had rotten grapes on them. When I said to the person from the office, he just shrugged & said, it’s grape season. If the vines were well kept & fruits trimmed off, it might be less of a fly trap. The balcony had been used by someone as their dirty ash tray was still out there when we arrived. Feel very angry we paid extra to have a flat with a balcony but wasn’t able to use it. No written instructions on how to enter the property, the office people wanted to ‘talk me through it’ but obviously when I entered the lift, there was no mobile signal, also had to remember all the codes etc without writing them down, it was not a relaxing experience.

  : Very clean, modern flat in a great location
  : The main double bedroom is up some stairs in a mezzanine under the roof. The whole flat generally benefits from a/c but up there is untouched by it and therefore absolutely sweltering. Sure, there's a ceiling fan and an ineffective freestanding fan but in weather like we had (37°) it is frankly unuseable.

  : - Kitchen tools/appliances- location nearby good grocery shops
  : - Narrow parkings, I had a 7-seater car which didnt fit- Very slow elevator- No ACs in the rooms and Verona's weather is quite hot - No light in the kitchen! Cooking in the darkness.- No reception - The building had no board to show the name of the apartments/hotel, I spent 30 minutes searching for the building- Only 1 toilet for the whole family (6 persons)- They gave me 4 beds while I booked for 6 people.
