  : Giulia was a great host, she helped us with everything we needed and gave us all detailed instructions on how to get in. The self check in was a little bit tricky but not impossible. Giulia was always available for any questions and for all our needs. Thanks Giulia!:)Location was great, 1 min walk ti the central station, helped us a lot.
  : The building was under construction and the host didn't mention it in the booking, the construction workers were loud in the morning, even on Christmas. There was no internet because of that, apparently they cut the wires. There was no remote control for the air conditioning, excuse was that there was a heating unit in the bedroom, but it was not on the whole day, and it was cold through the night. The bed was with two mattresses and it was hard to keep them together, they were splitting during the night and was quite annoying. And the TV was not smart :/

  : It was complicate at first. It was hard to contact the owner at first and booking.com help me out. There was a link for you to check in and it will asked you to pay again. Lots of people experience that and some got back the money. I got it back with help of booking.com. After I meet Giulia, everything is so much better. There was no check in problem and she is super friendly!!
