  : Best position in Laveno, nice room, very clean and comfortable. The owner is so kind and I felt they do the best for the clients.
  : There is a bar under the place and it was very noisy until 01:30.. Except this the hotel is perfect.

  : the bathtub/shower was at placed under the sloping part of the roof, so it was a little awkward taking a shower since you couldnt stand up straight.

  : The location is absolutely terrific if you like to stay centrally in walking distance to restaurants, bars, and most other things. The view over the lake is amazing!The public parking spaces close by are fairly cheap and seems easy to allocate.Although very close to the city life, the apartment was actually fairly quiet, also in the evening and nighttime.We stayed in the top-floor two-story apartment with a very spacious kitchen/living area at the bottom floor, and bedroom and bath on the top floor. Everything was very clean and welcoming.
  : As spacious as the lower floor is, the bathroom felt somewhat cramped due to the reclining roof. Standing upright in the bathtub to take a shower will only work if you are less than ~1.75 m. If you are somewhat immobile, I would not recommend this place.Our stay was during a very hot period, and the lack of an actual air-conditioner was probably the biggest negative. The available fan only moves air around and nothing more.

  : Unusually late check-in time. Early check out. Therefore probably better suited for a longer stay than a single night.

  : Lovely helpful, friendly host, beautiful spot overlooking the lake.
  : Parking as usual. Few places outside all taken, but space around the corner so not so bad. Hosts or booking.com need to tell visitors where to park when they make the booking.

  : It was slightly eerie being the only guests in an empty hotel but this was only because we booked at the last minute and our one night stay was on a day when the hotel is normally closed. But the room was great, the view of the lake exceptional, and the check-in help (by phone) worked out very well. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay.
  : Nothing - everything was great.
