  : The location was perfect for our needs and the apartment was spacious and very clean. Luca was waiting for us at the apartment and arranged for late checkout. The apartment was comfortable enough. Correspondence with owner was easy.
  : We were disappointed that these were missing in the apartment or simply not true:- desk (for working, unless you count the dining table as a desk too))- slippers (didnt bring mine thinking they were provided)-Clothes rack/wardrobe (although there is 1 cabinet with drawers, I didnt find a place to hang clothes)-electric kettle (we just used a pot for boiling wAter)-garden/landmark/city view (all you could see are the rooftops or sides of other buildings)-soundproof (given that the bed is on the 2nd floor and close to the ceiling, we could easily hear footsteps at night)The apartment could be more comfortable with these items:-coffee table in the sitting area so theres a place to set your coffee/tea/book/computer-bedside table/shelf for same reason above

  : The loft areas ceiling is too low to stand up in. The owner was not honest about that in the description of the property. If I had known, I never would have rented it. Also, the Wi-Fi didnt work. Wi-Fi is an amenity I paid for that I didnt receive.

  : The location of the loft is very convenient. The loft is light filled, with a pleasant outlook. Only one staircase to get to the front door.
  : Despite their best efforts the managing agents could not get the wifi to work. In addition, the control element that belongs to and operates the induction stove top was missing, and so nothing can be heated up, or cooked on it.

  : The view is not to the canal. The view is to the interior of the property.
