: Very steep steps to the apartment. Not enough towels for the Number of guests.The key to the apartment door broke in the lock and the owner sought to charge us for replacing the lock saying it was our fault.

: Ideal location, very close to Rialto bridge, to the open food market of Rialto, to the water bus-stop. Well equipped kitchen, renovated flat, comfortable, big bed
: I was charged other 50 euros for late check in (at 23:00) - too many moschitos and no screens in the window- the A/C very old almost not working

: The property was in a very central position and the views from the Balcony are amazing!
: The steps going up to the loft bedrooms and bathroom. They are made of whiteboard and there is no banister - quite scary especially coming down. There are 60 stairs up to the apartment (3 quite steep flights). Difficult with suitcases. But the view were worth it!

: The location of the apartment was decent and the greeter/host was very nice. That's the only good thing about the apartment we stayed in.
: BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Venice Homes & Holidays has lumped multiple different properties into one listing on Booking.com which is very deceiving. The pictures from the listing are from multiple properties, all of which have different amenities. In other words, before you book confirm with the host what amenities are included in the specific apartment they will be booking you at. The specific apartment we stayed at was listed with all amenities however upon our arrival we had no air conditioning and other amenities listed were not included. To make things worse, the windows did not have screens on them so the apartment was covered in mosquitos. I finally realized why they had a mosquito net over the bed!! Also, the kitchen was dirty (old ham in the freezer), and the apartment was growing mold in the corner of the living room. I'd think twice before booking here.
