  : Clean, Quiet, Comfy.
  : Complete opposite end of the Island(s) from the bus/train. A first time visitor WILL need help (an expensive water taxi) to find this place. After the first trip, after seeing the water taxi schedule, after "getting familiar" with the little island... getting around is easy and enjoyable but that first trip to the property is intimidating. Then, it's an easy walk to some fantastic food and beautiful locations.

  : Great location and reasonable price for Venice. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was modest but clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom was clean and quite adequate. Hope to stay again.

  : We were visiting the biennale, and the room was located right between the giardini and the arsenale (5 minutes to each). The staff were also very friendly .We were upgraded to a canal view room due to a cancellation.The bathroom, although shared was all very clean, as was the room. The bathroom should have been shared only by 2 rooms but in fact it didn't seem that anybody else used the bathroom during our stay, maybe the other room was vacant. There were plenty of blankets and pillows and the bed was comfortable.
  : Having to pay to leave bags seems a bit unfair. The hotel operates a bag drop for the public, but for guests I think it should be free. We were only 5 minutes after the check out time and the lady came and hurried us out of the room, but I understand they needed to clean it.
