  : Location perfect closed to bus and train stations
  : Hot water very slow and weak, as was not operating by the time of our visit so u need to keep windows opened but bugs not make you sleep very well , no towels paper

  : Lacation was great, super close to the stations and right on the canal, lots of restaurants around, 15 min roughly to Realto bridge and all other tourist sites.
  : Iron would be great, bigger mirror would be fantastic. The double bed was comfy and nice but sofa bed not the most comfortable thing on earth.

  : We liked that the property was clean and there was a washer/dryer which made it convenient to do laundry.
  : Everything else. The day before our arrival, our group received a text stating that there was a boiler problem at our original accommodation and we needed to be moved to another apartment that was slightly farther away from the train station. We werent offered anything for the inconvenience and only after we had to ask were we offered a slight discount. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not made from a previous stay and a cleaning lady needed to be called. Even after the cleaning lady made our bed, the blankets were missing and the agency was unable to do anything or offer anything again for a third inconvenience. As a result, we were forced to sleep cold and did not have a decent night of sleep. For the price of our stay, this level of unprofessionalism and unpreparedness is unacceptable.

  : Convenient location and the check in staff were very friendly.
  : Sofa bed very uncomfortable, the internal lift was temperamental and didnt work much of our stay so navigating the stairs with suitcases and a stroller was challenging. It would have been nice if basic cleaning amenities were provided such as dish cloths. And the antique furniture was all coming apart and could do with some maintenance!

  : Close to railway, good view of grand canel. Comfy beds and 2 ensuites. Nice apartment in old building. A little noisy a night but adds the atmosphere in venice.

  : Loved the location and accessibility to restaurants, train station and ferries.
  : We unfortunately had a leaking shower in one of the bathrooms, we informed the agency and sent photos and a video however there was no feedback or solution. They read the message without a response. It was inconvenient for 4 people to share a shower due to one leak and we stayed for 3 nights.

  : Great location & very friendly and supportive stuff
  : Terrible room, oversold on booking, very uncomfortable sofa bed in which you could feel the metals below, cold shower water and shampoos that were simply refilled. No noise cancellation and could hear even the discussions in the room next door, morning noises in the building would wake everyone up.

  : It was a great place; the location was PERFECT and convenient to continue our travels on the train. The grocery store was very close. The kitchen had everything for quick meals before/after a day of exploring. It was very clean and felt safe with our family here.
  : The only thing that was inconvenient was when showering the water would leak out of the stall, other than everything was great.

  : We stayed on Grand Canal and close to the train station.
  : We stayed in 1 bedroom blue room.Black mold in the main bathroom. Room not well kept. Spiders and webs every where. Mosquitoes!!!!Extreme damp smell that is being masked with a very strong deodorizer which makes it harder to tolerate. Not sound proof. We can hear our neighbors, especially at night. I was hoping for a nice room for the price we paid. Wasnt what i was expecting.
