  : AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible customer service.My elderly mother got stuck in the bathroom as soon as we arrived due to the handle being broken. I spent an hour trying to call Best Venice Apartments through phone and WhatsApp to seek help, but nothing was being answered/responded to. Eventually I had to seek help from a shop owner beneath the apartment who helped me call the Emergency Services. The Fire Service came along and after two hours managed to release the faulty mechanism and my very distressed mother was freed. I could not get hold of anyone at Best Venice Apartments until the following day. I explained the problem and asked if I would be compensated considering one night of our three night stay was ruined due to my mother being too distressed to go out, but they said it wasnt their fault and they had obtained a copy of the Fire Service Report which said the fault was not that of the apartment. I have been asking them for five days for a copy of the Report, but they are ignoring my calls and messages my guess is there is no such report. This situation could have concluded very badly had it not been for the help of a kind shop owner I would expect to be able to obtain some assistance in such a situation from the Agents looking after the property.

  : Great location, short stroll to Rialto. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby but very quiet. Comfortable beds, air conditioning and a washing machine.
  : No tea, coffee or a kettle.

  : The constant e-mails telling me my reservation was being canceled because of a problem with my credit card. And having to wait until 3 PM sharp to be given a code. Ridiculous. We werent going to enter early but this is pure BS.

  : V good location and has a lift which is really helpful.Aptm is v clean and spacious. A very pleasant surprise. Owner was very helpful with the direction to the apartment as well. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Venice.
  : The water pressure at the shower can be erratic.
