  : Wonderful location with just a 2 minute walk to Rialto Bridge or markets. Numerous shops outside your door. Beautiful apartment that appeared to be recently renovated. Very easy access to water taxis/vaporettos to take you to/from either Piazzale Roma or Marco Polo airport. Quick response to questions/concerns from staff via WhatsApp.
  : Difficult to find office until we called for help - would have benefitted from sending directions from train station and bus station before arrival. Like much of Venice - difficult to find initially. If you want to Google Map it recommend searching for Tian Jin restaurant. Your entry door is directly in front of the access to this restaurant - their sign was what we searched for when walking home at night. The flight of stairs to the apartment is very narrow and steep. Worth noting for anyone who physically may have difficult with this. Wifi very weak from furthest bedroom. Could only access if you were in that half of apartment. Would benefit from a range extender.

  : Everything was very clean, and the kitchen had everything you needed. Small mini market (Coop) was only 5 minutes away and the local market stalls were only 3 minutes away. Great location.
  : The stairs were steep - although you have to remember this is Venice!

  : Everything, location, cleanliness and staff were extremely helpful!! Air conditioning was brilliant considering how hot it was in Venice.
  : The boiler/air con unit (not sure which one it was) made awful noises all night long and you would be in the middle having a shower and the water would drop to freezing and take awhile to go back to being hot again.

  : Location was very good, modern and well appointed. Very clean. Easy check in on arrival
  : The bedroom had a noisy boiler/watertank/ aircon?No complementary tea or coffee provided. Limited amount of cleaning materials and toiletries left for guests. (only just sufficient)

  : Good location. Liked that there were 3 separate bedrooms, plus common areas so we had space to spread out.
  : The host (company?) was friendly, but had a lot more rules/restrictions we didn't know about when booking and only found out about when getting ready to arrive (had to take our own trash out, etc). They only responded to messages between 9a-5p, which was not helpful when we checked in after 6p and 2 of the ACs didn't work in the middle of summer. They addressed it the next day and it was fixed, but we were frustrated to not be able to reach them in a reasonable amount of time. Apartment was not super clean, especially the bathrooms, and in one bathroom the shower door is not attached so it would flood the floor when it was used.

  : The apartment was in a great location, it was big, the bedrooms worked well and the aircon was needed. The apartment was easy to find and within walking distance of shop, restaurants etc.
  : The stairs was very steep to get up to property, we had 4 cases and it was very dangerous. Also we was a family of 5 people staying in the apartment but it only has a 2 seater sofa, more comfy seating needed to enjoy the apartment more.
