  : Funtional and close to the centre
  : No human contact with owners or operators.No hot water upon arrival, only partial thereafter (upstairs bathroom with broken system). Only italian channels on a small TV with an innoperative remote control. All this was duly reported upon arrival and not really fixed. Last, but not least, the constant threats of fines for various reasons and having to dispose of your own garbage, or else NOTE FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS: only accessible through a couple dozen steep stairs.

  : The beds and pillows were very hard and there were issues with accessing the flat at first.(The host sent a technician right away to assist though!) There were no kitchen towels but we were warned about a possible fee if we didn't wash every dish we used. And the host expects the guests to take out any and all trash / recycles or face a fine. And it isn't clear where to take the rubbish. In the end it felt like we were an inconvenience, not paying guests, and we had to leave no traces behind. It would have been nice to have hand soap and a bath mat in the second bathroom. And the main shower was like standing under a pipe. Basically, if these aren't issues you are concerned with, there are many great things about staying here. Last rant - there is a small balcony but the chairs were not usable.
  : Location was AMAZING! We were so close to the Rialto Bridge and the fish market. We enjoyed the restaurants in this neighborhood and the internet was great in the apartment. As mentioned earlier, the host was accommodating when the access code didn't work and he is easily accessible. The cost was reasonable, especially when considering the large space (for 3 or 4 people) and the great location!

  : Excellent location just a few minutes to the San Stae station, very nice and helpful owner, very spacious accommodation and complete with everything.
  : It was difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower. It would be a good idea to put mosquito nets, because the mosquito destroyed us. Beds on the top floor need fixing to the floor.

  : The location was perfect. Having a balcony really made a huge dinner, was great to get back after sight seeing and sit outside for a coffee. Great decor to the apartment felt modern while keeping old charm. Plenty of space for all 4 of us. The self check in was so easy and efficient.
  : This wasnt a major deal but said free toiletries but only small sachets of shower gel, so we packed minimally because of that. Also would have enjoyed having some towels, as we only had 1 each for the 5 days. Also the living room furniture such as the armchairs and sofa could do with replacing.
