  : Just be aware when booking as the listing on booking.com is very misleadingThe accomodation was advertised as Rialto luxury flat It also showed photos of 5 different bedrooms a lounge a large bathroom plus many more photos of course.On the very first page before you select to proceed the questions and answers outline there is 5 bedrooms and that the apartment was on the 2nd floorSo all asumption was made that this had 5 bedrooms and that the photos showed the accomodation that we were about to bookWe are a group of 6 that did not want to share beds nor bedrooms and thought the place had enough spaceThen moving on the the select page it continues to show the same photos of the space etc. so we selected the first option as it matched our dates and our amount of peopleHowever. Upon arrival it turns out that the Rialto luxury flat is in fact 3 seperate apartments and we only got 3 bedrooms and no lounge - entirely different to the photos as shown in our booking !!There was no indication whatsoever that there was in fact three apartments within this one flat - zero !!!We questioned this on arrival and were told we specifically booked the balcony apartment and also were told as there was just 6 of us we only needed 3 beds !!Firstly we did not book any specific apartment. It literally said apartment Assuming this was just a different term for the Rialto luxury flat in the bookings sectionSecondly we required 5 beds as we dont share - hence why we booked a place with 5 bedrooms / bedsSo - after a lot of backwards and forwards I assume with the owner at the time he kept saying we booked a balcony apartment onlyWhich is completely incorrect.The owner has said he blames me for not knowing as opposed to him for misleading me through the listing detailsIf you dont need all the space then sure its a good place to stay Just super frustrating to be left in this situation and to be blamed as our fault is unacceptable

  : Centrally located within a few minutes from Rialto Bridge. Busy area but quiet within property. 3 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with communal sitting, dining & kitchen area for socialising.
  : Limited towels, toilet & towel roll provided for length of stay which for luxury property would have expected. Would benefit from deep clean as build up of dust evident on high surfaces & leftover condiments from previous visitors which were out of date present.

  : The location is great! Rooms were clean and spacious. Amenities complete with good air conditioning. Host very accommodating.
  : Not a big deal but you have to climb several flights of stairs which is a bit hard if you have big luggages. Not a deal breaker though.

  : The host was in touch a day in advance to help with the logistics and waiting for us at the boat station to walk us to the location. He explained all features of the location thoroughly
  : Trash collection from the building entrance takes days. Its Venice, what can you do!

  : Lots of things were broken, the washing machine didn't work, the handle was broken and the door wouldn't close. The sofa bed in the living room is difficult to sleep on, it cannot lie flat at all, and the angle is wrong

  : For the prize it was adequate. Personal was nice and comunicated well.
  : Floor was dirty. Missing one bed friend, had to sleep on unconfortable sofa. Water in shower did not flush and I flooded bathroom

  : Modern and spacious apartment in the center of Venice, close to the Rialto Bridge. Check in and coordination with Enrico was very easy and flexible. The appartment has 2 nice bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms + a kitchen / living room.
  : Lacking attention to detail (i.e appartment has beautiful Murano glas chandeliers. Half the lights are out, the rest is a wild mix of different light bulbs). Little things like that could be improved.
