  : Daily house keeping was done well and staff were friendly. 24 hour reception was good. Offered 10% off at their restaurant onsite.
  : I was called about an upgrade before we arrived which I asked to be emailed with specifics on what the difference between our booking and the upgrade was. The email did not state any difference so I requested not to be upgraded and keep the room we booked. Upon arrival we were told we were upgraded, dismissing my response via email. We did not feel we could argue at this point and again requested information on how it is different to what we booked. The upgrade did not appear different to our booking. Additionally, and less consequential, the bath towels seemed to be bed sheets.

  : Front desk was difficult to find I thought I reserved two bedrooms, but the place had 2 beds in less than 20m2. It was very uncomfortable for 3 to stay in such a small room.

  : Room dated which is understandable given the price. But we booked a quadruple room, they insisted our 3 year old sleep in the same bed with us, although the foldable bed is just in the room. They charge 20 to open it for us, a joke!
