  : The place is clean and has your basic needs covered for a short stay - a small fridge, air conditioning, towels, electric kettle, shampoo and shower gel. They leave a small breakfast for you every day - a pastry and instant coffee and tea - which is a nice touch. It's also nice that they do a small clean-up of your room when you are away.
  : The room is quite small even for one person - there's not much space to open your luggage, and the bathroom has no ventilation. I don't really like the early check-out time (10 am). Also, the walls are very thin and you can easily hear people talk or cough or sneeze in the other rooms.

  : Perfect location, close to the bus and train stations but on a very quiet "road", and close to an excellent bakery / cafe, Majer. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

  : The room was clean. There was free snacks, tea and chocolate that was great. The bathroom was ok. 5min from Piazzale Roma (Venise's bus station). For the price and the location this is ok but not exceptional... I think you can find better.
  : There was a lot of noise when other people entered the residence. Actually this is just a shared house with 3 others guest rooms. The host don't speak english (only italian). City tax has to be paid only by cash... This is quite far from main venues of Venise (30min walk)
