  : The apartment is like cozy camper with big bathroom. Twice as small as looks like in photos, but to spend few days in Venice, can get used to, location is perfect!We cooked few meals ourselves, market is 1 min away, water lines 3 min away. Host was super nice and easy to find once You put in google maps I Gioielli del Doge Topazio. He will come to find You. There is a fridge and a heater/ac.
  : It is dark. Would suggest some more lights in kitchen part. A bit of feeling like living in a basement. Dont forget to read the rules about cleaning and rubbish bin taking out.There is no wifi or internet connection with Your mobile, so perfect, if You want to spend time with Your mobile off.

  : The host did not seem concerned that the air conditioner did not work. Routinely suggested we try turning it on with the switch and generally refusing to accept the unit was broken.

  : The room was very small and there was no facility of cooling or fan inside the house... it was really very small. The sofa was very uncomfortable.And the worst thing is they have charged me extra 50 euro for not keeping the house clean.... I have fulfilled all the requirements they have mentioned in their terms and condition... 1) condition was you have to keep all the kitchen utensils clean and keep them in proper place and the kitchen must be clean.2) you have to throw the garbage and keep the bin clean..We have fulfilled all the condition and have also cleaned the entire house including bed... but they have deducted 50 euro from my card. This is really very disappointing. Any ways I have mede a video while leaving the house regarding the cleaning of the room and will upload it in Booking.com complaint portal.

  : Location was amazing! Rose contacted us to check if we needed anything.
  : The stove had intermittent power. Also the property didnt have wifi but also blocked the service for our phones. The AC would hook up but not cool. we left the windows open and it worked to cool the room but the mosquitoes were very populous.

  : It was dirty. The host was not very nice and he asked for a safety deposit, and to fill a paperwork with your credit card number, exp date ( which is fine) but your birthday and your place of birth? I didnt think sohe said was on the description but its NOT on the main description of course, you have to go trough a special section and to be honest when youre in vacation you are rushing everywhere and you dont have time. He asked me to WhatsApp him/her and when the number HE provided to booking was not on WhatsApp and I told him he responded Victor, did you read the instructions I send you? As if Im supposed to know that the ONLY NUMBER you could WhatsApp was the one in the pdf they send!When I told him about the safety deposit he replied do you think we are international scammers? Haha very sarcastic, way to respond for a host! I have to say I got my deposit back but its bs, If it was for me, I wouldve cancelled, which he also refused to do even when I asked him the very next day in the morning.

  : A cozy little apartment in an excellent location, very quiet. My own cooking was made easy.
  : The owner started communicating outside of Booking.com, asking to fill in my credit card details in a Word file. I refused, so he started calling me by phone. I found thad dodgy. He wants a security in case I break something. In Addition, there isnt only no wifi, there is no mobile data except at one window. And one window has no mosquito screen, so there are lots of mozzies.
