  : Venice is beautiful. Staff was ok overall. Otherwise checking ourselves in a luggage storage facility would have probably been more comfortable and at least 10 times cheaper.
  : Misleading pictures. Size of the room ( bathroom felt more comfortable than the bedroom itself, in the bedroom you literally had 3 beds crammed 2 steps away from the door and a narrow little space to move between them). Almost touched the ceiling with my head, cramped, heated non stop no matter if heating turned off, could barely breathe. Mosquitos , they had some type of plug in against them which I chose not to use given the room size and lack of air. Had to always leave and get the key from reception every time we got out or in the room, staff was somewhat condescending when we questioned the logic behind that and suggested we could have been asked to pick them up and leave them in San Marco square. The only thing I would try again from the breakfast is the hot water & tea bags. Water pressure was a joke, after sweating in the so called 3 pax bedroom ( 8 SQM ) it took half an hour of alternate cold hot dripping water to take a minimal shower. Wasn't expecting canal views or anything still neither was I expecting to stay in a dungeon nook, or at best the old servant quarters. This room is at max a 1 pax one if they solve the excess heating issue. Would never come back to the hotel.
