  : The pictures are different ! The room is small the bathroom also and its no cleaned ! We met some people they are bugs in their bathroom and bed ! So before paying the land propriety because you have to more 40 extra we check the room ! And it was okay not bug but we didnt fell save

  : The location of the place is very good, close to many attractions. The room was normal sized, clean, with warm water and AC.
  : The breakfast was meager and the TV remote didn't work.

  : Location was quiet
  : The rooms are pretty dingy and lacking in facilities but I dont mind that as I did not expect much. My biggest issue was that the AC wasnt working, I explained that as I have multiple sclerosis heat is trigger for relapse and I need air conditioning. It was 35 plus in Venice at the time. The lady on staff was alone and explained there were no other rooms available and offered me a bucket of ice. She explained that there would be no repairs till the next day. A bucket of ice and bottle of water was appreciated but obviously not enough. I was already suffering the effects of the heat and so we decided to ask at reception one more time if anything could be done as this was unacceptable. They said no and after apologising I said we could no longer stay as the room was not as promised upon booking and would be detrimental to my health. She was very understanding and took my details for a refund which I was grateful not to have to fight for. As of yet I have still not received my refund and my message to the hotel had not been addressed. Further reading of reviews also mentions AC problems. They obviously know this is an issue but are doing nothing. Thankfully my partner and I were able to find a lovely hotel near rialto for the same price with excellent facilities and service.

  : Very bad and old, and the room they chose for us didn't have an air conditioner, and the day of reservation knew about this and didn't tell us, and we couldn't sleep from the heat and humidity of our room until the morning, and we opened the windows, and my whole body and my wife were covered in insect bites, and now we are being treated. The hotel and the night were hard and stressful

  : the hotel had an extremely large number of bedbugs on the walls and in the mattress. After a couple of hours at the hotel, we left the hotel with a large number of bites. I definitely do not recommend the hotel.

  : The hotel is the cheapest in the area , its near to the touristic places we mostly walked to all of them. Hotel staff was so kind and very nice to us they answered all our questions and offered to leave our baggage after checking out so we can move freely. They also offered a Gondola ride for free ( moving to the other side ) usually it costs 2. For us the private bathroom was important and we were happy to have one , also it was quite so we slept very well.
  : I think the property needs to change decorations and the rags so dirty .
