  : In general, expectations were justified. the location is excellent, near the boat station, a grocery store, a bunch of restaurants and cafes, and of course a quick and easy access to the main promenade. The room was clean, dishes, linen, towels were. The view of the living room on a typical Venetian street, and the bedrooms and kitchens on the courtyard, where there is a restaurant on the ground floor - in the evenings it is noisy there, of course.
  : Check-in - be careful, there are several apartments on this booking page - and they are all in different parts of the city! Therefore, when a PDF file is sent to your mail, carefully look at the location and check the address with the owner. We arrived late in the evening and went to a completely wrong address, the phone almost sat down, after analyzing the situation, we still found a place - it was very unpleasant. The owner almost does not answer, so you need to navigate in everyday life or in the area yourself.

  : The location is perfect, easy walking access to everything or the ferry, great restaurants close by.
  : Some nights it was loud due to the restaurant next door but to be honest, we like hearing a bit of local hustle and bustle and people enjoying getting together to share meals. So not really a bad thing for us

  : Nice and comfortable. Stayed only for two nights. Location is good just a few minutes waking of the center.
  : Toilet was not very clean.

  : The apartment is great and in a good location.
  : Unfortunately, there are constructions right in the building across and when I say across it is window to window. Construction crew would arrive around 7 am and make so much noise. Impossible to sleep. When you are on vacation you want to be able to sleep longer than when you are at home working. Was no pleasant at all, and if it had been mentioned I would have cancelled my reservation. It's not the kind of construction work that is going to last only few days. Be aware.

  : The address that was on Booking.com is different than the one that was provided by the host. There was construction where they are replacing the main door. There were loud banging sound although it was not during the night, but still annoying during the day hearing the loud banging sound. The Host took forever to answer messages. They answered my messages the next day. They turned off the apartment radiator heater during the night and it was cold. I messaged the host on that night and answered me the next day. They said the property owner turned it off. The next night, it was cold again and the heater was turned off. I messaged them on that night and they answered the next morning and said they never turned off the heater but it won't turned on the whole night. The water boiler wasn't working on our last day so we couldn't take a bath because the water was cold. The water boiler is showing E99 error, and we were checking out at 10am so we never get to have a refreshing bath before we left. Very frustrated with our stay with the apartment knowing we paid 700 for 2 nights.

  : Overall great communication by owners/property manager. Great location and generally clean and comfortable - mattress topper was amazing. Had hair dryer, 1 table fan, toilet paper. Master bedroom had netflix. Very walkable from Zachariah ferry terminal
  : Overall I had a wonderful stay - I did note that one of the bathroom light was fainlty flickering, there are mosquitoes and there were ants in the main bedroom. (Although we had no food). Could use another fan - air conditioner was not working either. Would be helpful to have at least 1 soap
