  : Room was lovely and very clean. Garden view was beautiful and very quiet, especially considering the location is near a busy corner. Check in and access to the room was through the neighboring Hotel Olimpia. Their customer service was amazing, including bell service to bring luggage to the room (access is a bit of a maze and includes stairs). Their front desk personnel were 5 Star! Location is great, on the edge of the pedestrian area, close to the train station and parking. Hotel ordered a taxi to the airport, driver walked to the hotel and carried luggage to the car.
  : Bed was hard but comfortable enough. Only "wish" for the room was a comfortable chair with a back (they had a small vanity stool with no back), only seating otherwise was the bed. Air conditioning was adequate but not great. Window opened but there was no screen.
