  : There was a lot of space for the asked price in Venice at that period. It is very close to the bus station, and the local transport system(vaporeto). Even the train station is a short 5 minute walk from the location. There is a small park near and a lot of restaurants , there's even a good one down stairs. The host meet us at the discussed time, gave us a tour of the place and made some recommendations for places to eat. There were coffee & tee waiting for us at the location. A small market(supermercato coop) is also nearby , close to the vaporeto station , if you need some supplies like coffee , milk , etc.
  : There is a kiosk across the water channel that plays loud music until 3 in the morning , if your no tired enough you might not get any sleep. It didn't appear that the place was recently vacuumed , and the toilet was not clean after the previous tenants.
