  : The appartement is next to a big street and everything is within foot reach but it wasn't loud in the night so the location was perfect.Daniela was very nice and welcoming, her communication was excellent (you didn't have to wait for answers when you had questions).The appartement is very big and had a lot of storage room.Gladly we had a few ventilateurs so we could enjoy a day inside.Due to the fact you had to open 3 doors to get inside we felt safe and didn't fear intruders.
  : The only thing we didn't like were the creaking doors and the missing bowls.The shower head pressure of the bigger bathroom is not that hard but it worked.

  : It is a very large apartment with neat furniture . The location is OK .
  : The staff was overall very difficult to work with . They kept blaming each other and still did not help us at all. It was very hot and only one fan was working . We had to buy another fan and we were all still very uncomfortable.No coffee maker , not shampoo and conditioner .Door handle to the apartment fell off all the time . Washing machine worked at times . Showers were very small.

  : I love the location, it is in a quiet square but just 20m away from a main street and close to a Vaporetto stop. The Appartement is big and comfortable and equipped with everything you need for long stays. The person who delivered the keys was very nice and patient enough to explain several things about the city, transportation and where to find good restaurants.
  : There was a small issue with the freezer not being able to close properly so ice was growing inside everyday but I expect the owner to fix it for future guests.
