  : Excellent location, and easy walk to all major attractions; St. Mark's square, Doge's Palace, The Basilica, Bell Tower, etc. Federica was very kind, friendly, and was in constant contact with us for our arrival. We were given easy instructions what vaporetto line to take, & the water stop to get off at, which was great. Federica met us there, and walked us to the apartment, which was about 6 minutes. We were given a 4 digit code to enter the main door, and also, one, for the apt. door; very easy access. (No keys, or entrance cards to keep track of or loose.) There were several snacks, croissants, cookies, Italian coffee pods, and also, orange juice & water in the fridge, which was a very nice, well appreciated... welcoming treat for us. The apt. was spacious, with well equipped kitchen, also, a washing machine, drier rack, & dish washer. We were a family of 5, and were very comfortable, in this large, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, apartment. There was a coffee shop/eatery right down the alleyway from us, also, a drug store a half block away. We located the Coop supermarket, which is about a 10 min., walk,. (We borrowed one of the grocery rolling carts, in the main entry way, to pick up milk, bread, snacks, and a couple of other items.) Also, a short walk to a Postal, ATM machine, which gives you the best rates, withdrawing EUR. As I mentioned, an "excellent" location, and would stay there again.
  : Outside main entrance, the motion light detector did not work, and should be fixed. You require your cell phone flashlight, in order to see keypad to enter your 4 digit code. Garbage: We were instructed to take trash around the corner, down the block to a water-way to dispose. Not a issue for us, however, after my husband & I tried twice, to find this location, we decided... for the money we paid to rent the apt., this should not be a concern for us. We left trash in tightly tied, plastic bags, inside the downstairs entry way. (This had been the norm, by all the other rentals we previously stayed at.) Just a mention: There is no lift (elevator) and 15 steps up to the apartment. Not an issue for us, but might be a concern for the elderly. "These were NOT deal breakers for us, & would definitely stay again."

  : There were a few treats when we arrived along with a bottle of prosecco which was very nice. Samantha and Valentina were extremely easy to work with and helped us tremendously. The location was excellent even though Venice has many small streets to maneuver. Samantha helped us with our water taxi which was very helpful.
  : The shower in the primary bedroom is small and the mattress either needs to be flipped over or replaced. Most rooms we had during our stay were the new foam versions.

  : The property was i a great location. Everything was very clean. They had a great kitchen with everything you need. We loved that they left little treats and coffee for us. The beds were very comfortable.

  : Very clean with great facilities and tasteful decor. Thoughtful touches like quality toiletries and tea/coffee/breakfast snacks with a selection of jams, water and wine made us feel welcome and comfortable.

  : Someone met us at the water taxi, which Samantha set up for us). It was centrally located. Furnishings were lovely and the beds very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked (although we ate all of our meals out). Samantha was very helpful when we had a snag in getting to our cruise ship

  : Wonderful location, right round the corner of the main square and about a 7min walk to the water taxi. The apartment also has great bedroom sizes.
  : Theres no iron or ironing board in the property. I was travelling with my elderly parents for the Venice Film Festival and with a suitcase full of linen this was a pain. Also in accessing the property theres a flight of stairs with no rail, theres also hallway light thats on a very short timer, my dad tripped a couple of times because of this. For elderly people or anyone with access needs this apartment isnt ideal. The cleaner was also very late letting us in, kindly our host allowed us to drop of our bags early whilst the cleaner finished off but we could get back into the property to settle in until an hour after the proposed checkin time, for an apartment that cost well over 500 a night this was infuriating as my father really needed to rest after the long journey. It also meant we had to rush to be ready for our evening appointments. Even though our host was very lovely and the apartment is in a great location at this price I definitely wouldnt stay at this apartment again. For us it just wasnt worth it. You can also tell that this apartment was designed to be a two bedroom home, with the lounge being converted into a third bedroom you miss having a true chill out area of the flat, personally I would have rather had a lounge with a foldout/blow up bed to maximise on that space. For such a short trip that was a tiny issue and merely a personal preference but at that price tag I feel its fair to me mention.
