: Everything is very good. The room is clean, new, and has a nice private terrace. You have everything you need in the room. Also it's possible to use the shared kitchen that is very convenient. The host is very helpful and friendly. WiFi works well. Private parking is available. I'd recommend to stay here.
: Location is not in the city center, but if you travel by car it's not a problem.

: A super friendly host who went beyond to make us feel welcome. The B&B is in a good location as a stopover but also to send a few days to visit the town and the lake.
: The room didn't match the pictures. Decoration was a lot more basic, but still, we can't fault it. It was spotless, very comfortable and everything you could possibly want was provided.

: The owner is very nice and helpful suggesting places to eat or to visit. The place was very clean and comfortable and the owner provided a kettle when we asked for it. A plus point for us was that we could park the car. There is also a bus station nearby so that you can take the bus into town or surrounding places. Varese is a lovely little town!
: We booked the room thinking there was a possibility of cooking in the shared kitchen but when we got there, we were told this was no longer possible due to COVID measures. This as such is fine and we understand that things are difficult right now but it would have been good to know it in advance as this is the main reason we booked this specific place. The owner adapted to the new regulations by providing a small table for eating in the room and a small fridge and a microwave but this made the room quite packed.
