Disappointing
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : The pool (when nobodys there). Proximity with beach (200 m path walking). Barman was nice (the only friendly person working there in a professional manner).
  : Foreigners not welcome (if youre not italian, you will be mistreated). Disorganization of service (restaurant and breakfast are to be taken in totally chaos, guess it is normal there...). Insonorisation of the rooms (couldnt sleep with neighbour snoring all night long + babies crying and screaming early in the morning + cleaning staff). All i wanted was to have 2 days of rest, but this place is definetely NOT the place for peace and quiet. Even the staff from the beach were rude. Very unprofessional staff (they are probably underpayed and have no good working conditions). This hotel is headed for italian low class noisy families and retired people. Dont stay there, the price is low, looks nice in the pics, but you will regret it.

  : Very nice hotel, beautiful beach, food is amazing, staff is very kind and helpful.I had full and fast wifi coverage on the beach...
  : The playground was closed, it seems that it was not opened for years.And that was not mentioned on booking. Also the beach bar was closed.The beach was like a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Was a bit far, considering the beach Club was closed.But it was October off season..so I guess it is ok.

  : They promote and sell the hotel as a 4-star hotel while it is a 3-star one or a 2-star hotel sometimes. This is technically a fraud and I will claim to Booking.com and to the hotel too. They ask for a direct bank wire transfer (out of booking payment methods) in advance to avoid Booking's fees and commissions payments, another fraud. The meal does not taste anything, it is really poor and you have to rush to get an even regular dish because is running out all after 20 minutes among few people dinning. Soft drinks are out of half board too.

  : The rooms are completely outdated and we stayed as all other guess on the "newest" floor(3rd). The hotel cannot just survive based on its location (next to a wonderful beach). Please invest on it.. it's a pity if you don't. As for food and breakfast... it's just average save your money and go to torre San Giovanni.. great restaurants and safe
