  : This time, I was hosted in an old room (room numer 500 something but really second floor), in a separate part of the building. The air conditioner was not working, the room is old so not many outlets, it was a hassle to work and charge my computer, smartphone, etc. I had to sleep with window open and could not sleep due to heat and then mosquitoes.What really upset me was the fact that this is the same price as one of the normal renovated rooms, which I stayed the other times! I was in another cheaper hotel earlier that week and moved to Di Moret because it is a superior hotel, and in the end, the room I got was worse than the other hotel cheap hotel I was staying.Really disappointed, when I complained that the air conditioner was not working (and it was Summer still, really hot weekend), the staff seemed not to know what to do, and I was not even offered a discount or courtesy, or another room. Usually the staff there is really kind and my other stays had been great, but if this had been my first stay in this hotel, I would never set foot in it again.

  : Nice pool/SPA area. Room clean.
  : It is a 4* hotel with a SPA/Pool however in the business room there were no bathrobes or slippers.

  : The Pool and Spa are stand out. Very clean, quiet with nice long opening hours.
  : The hotel is a little way of town and so getting into town necessitates a taxi or bus. I had hoped to be able to walk into town, but the road the hotel is situated on is very busy.

  : Very good accommodation. Very nice to be able to enjoy the swimming pool. It would be nice to include at least one path to the spa. Staff very friendly. The American bar is very nice.
  : Everything was very good. Theres nothing around the hotel but it was expected.

  : It was close to the place I needed to be.
  : After shower outside flour was full of water. Internet connection was very limited. On the first day I can't use any messenger. After they fixed it but other restrictions was not solved. Some pages refused connections because it was not secured. I was not able to connect to my office via VPN. After explaining problem to reception non of manager called and explained situation. Next day I see her, and only I have heard excuses. They had 2 weeks ago hacker attack and they had to block internet. They did not informed customers that they have limited connections to internet and did not provide any backup solution like extra USB modem or SIM card. They did not want even refund because they don't provide service they advertise on their page on Booking.com. Never again visiting this hotel

  : The staff was very nice and there was a nice selection at the breakfast buffet. The bathroom was a decent size.
  : We had booked this hotel after reading about the great restaurant only to find out when we got there that it was closed during the summer.
