  : Patrizia met us on arrival and gave us the keys , so very easy . The apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you need . The WiFi was powerful and worked well . Overall , no complaints at all with the apartment itself but being super critical one could say it was a little dark , but thats a small detail. There was a private garage for parking on the ground floor next to the front door , so brilliant for anyone with a car . The city centre is close , less than a 10 minute stroll and the railway station is closer than that . The value for money was excellent given the size of the apartment . A very comfortable stay .
  : As detailed above the location is very convenient ,however , in keeping with any other main railway station , the area may be a little bit of a worry for say a single female returning late at night . Having said that , we had zero issues. One other item to mention is that the motor of the electronic gates of the adjoining block's garage could clearly be heard in the apartment , it was quite loud.

  : Apartment was easy to find, close proximity to the train station, about 5 minute walk . Patrizia was already at the apartment ready to greet us, she showed us around and explained everything . Spacious apartment with good cooking facilities, breakfast and coffee made available . Apartment was clean throughout, the bathroom was spacious and towels were provided . Comfortable bed
  : Unfortunately we had a restless nights sleep due to a loud noise which we could only put down to a garage door opening / closing . The heating cycle was a little strange, it would be off during the day but turn on during the night causing it to become quite hot and uncomfortable

  : Great location in easy walk of the centre of Udine. Very happy to have a second bedroom AND a comfortable living room. Washing machine a bonus.

  : Great location within a 5-8 minute walk from Udine train station. Lively neighborhood with cafes, shops, small parks and residents. Easy walk to the center of Udine. Very clean, comfortable apartment and great communication with the owner.
  : The only thing we noticed was that the faucet handles (kitchen and shower) could be tightened up a little.

  : A short walk from Udine train station and 15 min walk to the main city attractions and shops makes this an ideal base when in Udine. The property is well equipped in kitchen, has a large TV and adequate seating for a family of 4. It was spotless and tidy with plenty of towels/linen to use.
  : Unable to turn central heating down although it was only set at 21C it was too warm for us!

  : Given key code for key box outside front door the day before travelling as we were late in arriving. Continuing contact with landlady if any queries arose. Some well needed water left in the fridge for us. Allowed one extra hour for check out to fit with our travel plans.
