  : The terrace
  : They claimed a key box was available, and I spent 30 minutes searching in vain for it. Additionally, they had assured a 15:00 check-in time, yet the house cleaning wasn't completed until 19:00, leaving me stranded outside with young children and our luggage. In light of their delay, I requested a brief extension of just a few hours, given that the delayed readiness of the house was their responsibility. Regrettably, my request was denied. It would have been only equitable to extend the stay by at least 2 hours, considering the time wasted in futile key box hunting and the extended wait for the cleaner to finish the job.

  : The only real positive I can say about this apartment is that is was functionable but there were so many things wrong with it and how I was dealt with. The big bed was nice.
  : 1. The apartment is not in a central area. There are trams close by but these took about 40 mins to get to the centre.2. Collecting the keys was a faff and the company that is engaged to do this was awful. I travelled to central Turin to the "office" and had to wait about 30 minutes to speak with a woman who didn't speak English. She overcharged me for the tourist tax for the city. Charging me for three people for the week when I told her that it would just be myself staying at the start of our conversation. Not only did she overcharge me first time round, she did not even give me the right change and she didn't seem bothered about that - she just plonked some coins on the table at me.3. The apartment is SO noisy. There is a really busy road below it and I was disturbed most mornings. I had to buy ear plugs. So much traffic also means that there is a lot of pollution in the area.4. The terrace is kinda useless. You can hear the noise outside even more and it is covered. Even if it was not covered, it would be an awful view.5. The door is so hard to open. It was a total feat to get it open and took some exertion. There is no way an older person or someone with any form of arthritis in their hands would be able to open it.6. I got a shock from the gas switch control. I contacted the host by Whatsapp as I was worried and they did reply straight away. There was no written guides for the cooker or washing machine. It made things really difficult.7. I did also find a long hair on one of the beds (defo not mine)8. They messaged me the night before I was due to leave and told me to sort out the trash, bring it downstairs and use some key to access some bins. They text me pretty much last minute when I was busy in the middle of a concert and I had no time to do this. There was no key in sight so I had to text them that I could not do it. Why not inform people earlier that they want this sorting done but is this even a normal request!?
