  : The Santa Chiara Suite is located really close to the city center and close to many restaurants and bars. The parking is a few meters away and Barbara the owner was very helpful in booking a spot for our car. The apartment has everything you need for a long or a short stay, it was very clean and the check in was very easy and well before the time we requested. I give Barbara a 10+ for the communication. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.
  : If you live in a quite place, with no noise during the night, the nearby street- not the one in front of the apartment-sometimes gets really busy and it this might annoy you. The sofa bed its huge for two people , especially for kids but its a little bit squeaky.

  : The location was appropriate and the flat was actually nice (but this was a studio flat). The property manager Barbara was very kind and we were able to understand each other.
  : There was a misunderstanding with the post and apparently I booked the studio flat instead of the one bedroom apartment. Unfortunately this flat was too small for me so I had to move somewhere else (the other property was occupied)

  : Location was great for visiting the city historic sights. There were very good restaurants nearby. It was quiet at night with the windows closed.
  : The apartment was stuffy. The electricity was a problem. The guide to the apartment warned us not to use the induction hob and the electric kettle simultaneously. There was air conditioning in the bedroom and kitchen which wasnt the most efficient because the cold air was under a window sill.

  : The location of the property was excellent. Barbara was an excellent host, very attentive to our queries and requests.
  : The free wifi in one of the rooms stopped functioning on the second day but we did not bother to report it since we had our own alternative data roaming plan for internet connections. If we had reported it, we are sure that Barbara would have quickly dealt with it.

  : Great communication prior to arrival with possibility to park. The location is ideal to visit the city center and go for drinks/dinner. The apartment is fully equipped, with 2 TVs, A/C, kitchen appliances, wardrobe
  : The A/C is loud.
