  : Nothing at all , worst experience in my life.
  : I regret to say that my recent experience during my stay in Turin was nothing short of a nightmare. The room I was provided with was in an appalling state of filth and neglect, making it virtually uninhabitable. From the moment I entered, it was evident that cleanliness was a foreign concept in this apartment.The floors were sticky, surfaces were covered in grime. It was as if no cleaning had taken place for an extended period of time.The overall condition of the room left me feeling disgusted and uncomfortable. I couldn't help but question the hygiene standards and maintenance practices of this place. Furthermore, the attitude of the owner, Angela, was completely unacceptable. Her sole focus seemed to be on extracting money from guests, with no regard for their comfort or well-being. I felt like a mere transaction rather than a valued guest.In light of this experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this apartment to think twice. It was a truly regrettable experience. I have plenty of photos available that I shared already with the owner and Booking.com

  : The residence was stylish and with a good, central location.
  : Residenze Torinesi smelled very strongly of cleaning supplies, especially the hallway. This was ironic, since our room was extremely dirty - Example on attached photos. Also, there was construction on both sides sides of the building, so it was impossible to get good rest. Communication with the host was not good, I never got a reply after reporting that our room needed cleaning.

  : This was a fantastic location in the midst of the old town and quite quiet. Charming rooms set in a old apartment with a small communal area with coffee, tea and fridge. No breakfast but cafe on the corner of the street excellent.
  : Make sure that you have agreed a time in advance for arrival as the communication with the owner via whatsapp and booking.com seemed to break down.

  : The room is ok, a bit small though The place was not entirely neat, but not in a mess, just ok. The location is nice and the people on the phone were efficient and helpful.
  : The bed should be changed as its not really comfortable. The bathroom is not exactly the best, especially if youre a bit tall. The cleaning wasnt very thorough.
