  : I was sleeping with booking a lot of times and in different countries, but this place surprised me negatively
  : The first thing is that after arriving we had to pay extra fee (city tax) - there was no information about it in the description (later I have checked that in Torino it's for people staying more than 24 hours, so we shouldn't pay it - I have not received any confirmation that I paid for it).The second thing is the location - wrong address in the booking caused that we had a lot of problems to access room (I was even trying to call apartment owner, but it takes few minutes to access the room).It's just flat divided into rooms for rent.Next thing is the room - is really small (there was a problem to open the suitcase), the shower is really small - I wasn't think that it's possible to design it on this small area. The bathroom is divided from the room with slide door and you can heard everything from the bathroom in the room (even very loud strange additional sound from the toilet). The refirgerator in the room is really loud and had to turn it off in the night to sleep.But the worst thing was the breakfast - that was the first time in my life that I had breakfast in the apartment in the self service formula (croissant packed on the table and some cake which was not so fresh). This night was my worst on this trip - even on my whole booking career - if you need cheap night in Torino find something else. It's not worth of any money.

  : The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable for a family of four. The location is a little away from the center but close to the Lingotto, which was great. We highly recommend Il Sole e La Luna.
