  : I guess the bottle of wine on the arrival is given to minimise the disappointment when guests walk in the apartment
  : Keys need to be collected from the office which is 10 min away by tram from the flat. The apartment itself is located in a dodgy building and it’s super dark, even if you open the windows which give a magnificent view to all the neighbours’ laundry drying outside. It was incredibly cold when we arrived and despite there being no instructions how to get the heating (radiators) working we managed to get it on. Little did it help because the isolation is virtually non-existent and we were freezing. On top of that there was no water in the shower (great news on the New Years night) and after telling the person in contact we were assured the owner would come the next day to fix it. By then we had book a proper hotel for our second night in Turin because there was no way I could stay there for another day. The sofa that was supposed to be in the kitchen was a horrendous single bed that looked old and dirty. I contacted the agency to say we would check out after the first night and asked for a refund for the second night as the booking was prepaid. This was declined and not even an apology was given for this awful experience.

  : Place is great. Next to market and supermarket. Heating works - for cold nights it’s great.
  : Internet was awful especially in the evening - toooo slow to google something and prepare a trip for a next day.Double bed is’t real double - to separate beds come together, not good variant for a couple
