  : Absolutely nothing disgusting people
  : I have never in my life been at a hotel where the management was rude. The person in charge acted like she was doing us a favor and when ever asked a question would shout or get in your face. More like a prison than a hotel, no amenities and throw away towels. The most outrageous event was her telling me, she had transfer service to airport( only about two miles away) then telling me it would be 20 Euros in email, but when we arrived charged me 22.50 Euros. I gave her 25 Euros and she offered me no change. That was when I knew I was dealing with a awful person. Take it Booking .com

  : Our flight landed at midnight and we were looking for a place close to the airport. This villa is one of the closest and relatively not too expensive. The staff waited for us until 2am for check in which we are really thankful to.
  : Theres no towels in the room, not even a small one.

  : No breakfast, no bottled water. Only 2 coffee pods and 1 powdered creamer with 2 paper cups for 2 adults. Grounds were unkempt and rooms, though clean, a bit tired.

  : We needed to stay near the airport for an early flight. For the bill perfectly. Close enough to walk from the airport and to get an excellent dinner a few doors away.
  : When I booked it, I thought it had a free shuttle to the airport. Instead we paid 20 euros for a taxi to take us 1 mile. It was walkable in daylight, but at 4 am we didnt feel comfortable walking it. Usually hotels near airports offer free shuttles, so when the listing said that it had a shuttle, I assumed it was free. Also, and this is a Booking.com issue: I was told to contact the inn ahead of time to get the entry code. I contacted them four times through booking and never got a response. The inn told me they had never received my communication and that they often dont with Booking.com. It was only by luck that we arrived during the three hour window when they had staff on site to let us in. This communication issue has happened to us twice on this trip, making me wary of using Booking.com in the future.
