Casa Vacanza Dal Cavaliere

Very Good
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Good location, very good breakfast and the restaurant and staff were very good. Nice pool
: Nothing it was very good

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Its quite big modern and clean.
: The host sounded helpful initially but forgot to tell us when we made the reservation and contacted her that the property address GPS was incorrectly posted on Google Maps. There are two addresses listed on Booking.com: (1) the apartment and (2) the key pickup location. We set our cars satnav for the property address, reasoning that the similar key pickup address couldnt be too far away, and we called the host when we found ourselves on a mountain top after a stressful 40 minute drive. At this point we were directed to the key pickup and the news was broken to us that the property location was incorrect on Booking.com.These events flushed out the fact that we were part of a cold transaction, so forget host warmth or any of the behaviours that mark the best standards of the best of hosts. You may say that ours is a tough luck story, and move on to the next review, but remember the best of hosts youve met and the caring value they deliver - thats the essence of whats missing here.Ps...We were kindly asked if we could get ourselves out early ...because there were other people coming. If you persist, I wish you better luck. The property is quite nice though.
