: Loved the location, beautiful! Pool was lovely and clean. The studio flat is the perfect size for two people - all the cutlery etc you need in the flat however could do with providing some coffee, tea, etc.Would definitely visit again and have recommended to friends.
: The walls are thin between the flats and we were unfortunately located next to a family with a baby. Nowhere in the booking was there a reminder to bring a passport (I'm from the UK) however we were lucky as my partner is Italian so we could use his ID - would of been stuck if not.

: The location cannot be beat. This is the best spot in town. The view from this hotel is incredible. Room is large with basic functional appliances. It had a kitchen with fridge and stove top. Bed was ok, not great. We had our own patio to enjoy the beautiful view of Isola Bella. Propery landscaping is very nice and there is a sparkling pool. Self check in instructions were good and very detailed; easy to follow. Easy free parking near hotel.
: The water heater was not turned on prior to our check in, water was cold. We had to figure out the water heater situation first. The rooms do not have sound proofing. You can hear every sound coming from room next door or upstairs. Hard to enjoy the room or get sleep when neighbors are making noise day and night. Breakfast seemed pricey for what it was, in addition to a high enough room cost per night. When water was stopped unexpectedly to the property due to city work- staff should have adequately made guests aware. Bed mattress was too soft for us.

: The suite we were allocated didnt fulfil our needs but we were moved to a second apartment which was perfect.
