  : Location was reasonable to town centre
  : We booked this property for the pool. It was closed & we requested a discount (property was double the price of non pool properties). They said no & would fill the pool. Pool was filled the next day but it was very dirty & we wouldn’t use it. Cleanliness wasn’t at the highest standard, radiators had dust which has been built up over some time. Food left by others in cupboards & fridge. Not Covid friendly! And overcharged for city tax. Avoid this property!

  : Great rooms, in a good apartment, with use of the pool a bonus. Very relaxing, with a good view too.
  : Kitchen was a bit under-equipped, and a couple of fittings in bathrooms were broken.

  : The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable each with a private bathroom and desk area. Wifi when it worked was good. The pool area was pleasant although the toilet didn't seem to work properly.
  : This was generally disappointing accommodation and not what we expected from a being part of a 3 star hotel. Some commentators described the décor as being old fashioned, but our experience was that the apartment was shabby, run down and poorly maintained. There were many signs of corner cutting. In the sitting room 3 of the 4 light bulbs didn't work, toilet seats were not fitted properly. The apartment needs basic maintenance work carried out to meet minimum standards and should ideally be given a refresh. We sent the management a list of 10 items that needed attention. The wifi was down for 4 out of 7 days. The kitchen was sub standard, dark, shabby and inadequately equipped. The kitchen table was unstable, and even the cork screws were broken.We were three adults who could go out for the whole day, so we spent almost no time in it. I can't imagine being there with a family.
