  : The location was fantastic, right in the city centre. The breakfast was quite plentiful with a good choice. A big thanks to the lady who was in charge of the breakfast room (who also had to double up as cleaning staff)
  : The cleanliness of the hotel was non-existent, especially in the public areas (the carpets were all stained and filthy). The manager wasn't very receptive to our complaints. There were not enough cleaning staff to keep the hotel in decent condition.

  : Wifi unusable in the room, had to switch. Shower drain clogged and overflowed out of the shower. Air Conditioner not allowed because it was the month of September, no matter what the actual temperature outside was This mad it difficult to sleep as I had to choose between opening the windows and hearing outside noise of the street + street lights, or closed windows and hot room. No kettle in room. Would not stay here again (coming from someone that is normally pretty easy to please).

  : The hotel is very cozy and I felt entirely at home there. Was intending to stay 1 night but stayed 3. Location is great, my room was overlooking the square and had a nice view towards the castle and hills. The room had a desk and chair which I always like to have, and the bathroom had a tiny stool which fits in the big shower and makes it easy to wash your feet well.The staff was so sweet, they were all super friendly and good people! :) The English isn't perfect but there were no issues with communication we could understand each other no problem, even though I asked quite a few things. In short, the place is super charming and I'd definitely stay there again.
  : There was a funny issue in my bathroom, there was a bidet that got in the way of the door opening and closing so I could only close the door with a lot of pushing :D That was funny rather than anything. The actual problem was the fan in the bathroom didn't work well so all the humidity stayed in. Luckily it was still quite warm when I visited so I just kept the windows in the room open and the bathroom door open (it was hard to close anyway). However it is definitely not nice and not healthy to have all this humid air, especially if you want to shower in the evening and stay in the room after. They should definitely fix the fan.
